Elstree aerodrome is conveniently situated in NW London, a few minutes drive from both the M1 and M25 which allows easy access from London and the surrounding areas. It is a popular GA airfield with a restaurant, bar, pilot shop, aero club, maintenance facilities, fuel, hangerage and customs etc.

Resident aircraft do not pay landing fees, and if you are a member of the aero club a quick mobile phone call to the bar will have the landing lights put on for you for those late night return journeys - effectively extending the operating hours of the aerodrome from Sunrise to Midnight.

In short, a convenient aerodrome with excellent facilities for the GA flyer.
